Connects and plays as it should though sometimes I find them cutting out. They came to me a little dirty. I don’t know what the heck was on them but cleaned them throughly as it could have been from someone’s body. Gross. Came with new cord and new ear pieces thank god. Other than that spend the extra 50$ get the new ones.

I absolutely love them. I purchased an additional set for my husband. Thes sound quality and connectively are excellent.

Love the fit and sound. The charge life of the earphones last about a day, but the charging case is portable and can easily recharge them.

Feel great in my ears, they stay still while working, and moving around. Sound quality and noise canceling while on the phone is great. Only quam is i have to open the app and the charging box to see what battery the charging case is.

Excellent sound quality. Change last a long time. Recommend regular cleaning, especially at the charging contact points and ensure they are seated correctly. I also swapped the charging cable with a higher quality cable. The only issue I have found is the lost of Bluetooth which I recommend opening case, then reading charge level with your phone, then inserting into your ear. I recommend this buy

I enjoy having these so much. The integration with iOS is very easy. I find the battery life is really long. I love that the controls are actually buttons, and the sound is great. The big thing I don't like about it is that the case is so huge it can't fit nicely in my pockets when I'm on the go. If I put just the ear buds in my pocket, sometimes the auto-detect thinks they are in my ears and my audiobook or music will start playing and draining the battery without me realizing. Otherwise I like them.

I bought these earphones refurbished and would have never known that they weren't brand new...everything from the condition to the packaging made these seem like I was the first person to have purchased them so if you are considering purchasing refurbished, I would recommend. About the earphones, they have high quality sound and the controls (volume, pause/start) have the perfect sensitivity to touch. I wear them running as well as when I am just walking around my house or doing chores and do not feel any discomfort. I do have very small ears so I wear them differently than perhaps you are supposed to but they work for me!

It took me a while to figure out how to put them on and how they are stored in the case. One thing for sure, it stays on my ears in every activity! Sound is not so bad either. I like the way it connects to my iPhone, IWatch, iPad and MacBook too!

These are the best earbuds i ever purchased especially if your looking for something that wont fall out of your ear. I purchased air pod pro’s and they would not stay in my ear for nothing, Apple got great products, but that one just didn’t work for me. So i returned them back to Best Buy which they didn’t charge me a restocking fee and purchased these Beats Pro’s which I love. They will never fall off your ear if your playing sports or working, etc.... the sound quality real good. Best Buy did a great handling the purchase and return, and i will always go them for any electronics purchases, there competively priced and you can get assistance through them locally and on the phone.. thanks

Great sound when listening to music and on calls. Battery last me the entire work day without having to charge. Only minus for me was that it sometimes disconnects when walking a few feet away from my phone. I have to disconnect the bluetooth device and reconnect. I normally just use it while working at my desk so not a big deal overall.

love them , so easy to use and comfortable. I love that you can charge them in the base and they turn on and ready to listen to when you take them out of the base and place them on ear . You can use one at a time which is awesome. It is easy to control volume with a touch on side or easy access to volume button. It is easy to ask Siri for questions too. I like them more than Apple wireless buds for a lot of reasons . Most of all I like not having to worry about ear buds falling off . I have long curly air so they stay in place really well . Great sound and very comfortable .

There allot better then I thought they would be been having them two month and use them for hands free the sound is better then the other headset I hade and battery last along time and comfortable

Earphones are of good quality. Two issues: - Need the case to connect the earphones - Unable to figure out how to change the bass, etc. Not able to find an app for the Android phone.
