Working excellent. Only 4 stars due to discoloration of charging case

I bought these earphones refurbished and would have never known that they weren't brand new...everything from the condition to the packaging made these seem like I was the first person to have purchased them so if you are considering purchasing refurbished, I would recommend. About the earphones, they have high quality sound and the controls (volume, pause/start) have the perfect sensitivity to touch. I wear them running as well as when I am just walking around my house or doing chores and do not feel any discomfort. I do have very small ears so I wear them differently than perhaps you are supposed to but they work for me!

Sounds decent, but the fit is great, especially for running. That's why I chose these over smaller, more popular earbuds. Those keep falling out of my ears, but this pair stays in. All in all, I found the tradeoff to be worth it because I don't want to worry about earbuds falling out when I run.

love them , so easy to use and comfortable. I love that you can charge them in the base and they turn on and ready to listen to when you take them out of the base and place them on ear . You can use one at a time which is awesome. It is easy to control volume with a touch on side or easy access to volume button. It is easy to ask Siri for questions too. I like them more than Apple wireless buds for a lot of reasons . Most of all I like not having to worry about ear buds falling off . I have long curly air so they stay in place really well . Great sound and very comfortable .

Great product for people with Little ears. Battery life is great.

These headphones are great for physical activity. The specific ones I got seem to disconnect one earbud occasionally and I have to reconnect them, but otherwise, they are great.

These are the best earbuds i ever purchased especially if your looking for something that wont fall out of your ear. I purchased air pod pro’s and they would not stay in my ear for nothing, Apple got great products, but that one just didn’t work for me. So i returned them back to Best Buy which they didn’t charge me a restocking fee and purchased these Beats Pro’s which I love. They will never fall off your ear if your playing sports or working, etc.... the sound quality real good. Best Buy did a great handling the purchase and return, and i will always go them for any electronics purchases, there competively priced and you can get assistance through them locally and on the phone.. thanks

There allot better then I thought they would be been having them two month and use them for hands free the sound is better then the other headset I hade and battery last along time and comfortable

The sound is awesome. Bass is good. At first I tried to pair them to my phone, them I called Best buy and they told me that I had to download the Beats app.

Loved my AirPods, but wanted something that fit a little more snug at the gym. These not only so that, but sound even better and the battery life is much better for those times when you need it.

I've had a couple of BeatsX and they've failed on me because of the cable. These refurbished Powerbeats Pro looked new in the original box and work perfectly for almost half the price! The battery life is twice as long as AirPods and the charging case holds much more charge, too. Also, my ears hurt when I put EarPods or the BeatsX into my ear canals. The great thing about these Powerbeats Pro is they don't go into your ears but rather sit on top of the opening. So unlike the BeatsX where I select the smallest silicone, for these I picked the largest which fits most comfortably and blocks other sound. These are great earphones and I'm very glad I bought them.

They can be quirky every once in a while, but you simply have to put them back in their cradle for a second. Plenty of sound, and they stay in your ear very well. I mountain bike single track with some small jumps and climbs with the occasional small tree branch contacting my helmet, and they stay very secured. I've never had an issue with them when I run. You can put your phone in your pocket and not worry about losing connection with the earphone that is on the opposite side of your body. In fact, I have yet to lose connection once they have made initial connection.

I’m not so sure these are refurbished at all. I say that because they weren’t even cleaned from the last person to use them. Since I got them at a great price I figured I could clean them with isopropyl alcohol and be fine. I ran into another issue with the left earpiece not charging properly when I put it in the case and closed it. This irked me for days until I cleaned the charging spots of the earpiece and case with isopropyl alcohol with a q-tip. Have not had a problem since doing this. If you have issues with it charging, make sure to try this method of cleaning it. The sound and comfort level is amazing with these headphones. I’d say close to the AirPods Pro.

I absolutely love these!! I will not go back to Apple AirPods. Had 4 pair and these beats are clear, hard to loose and cancels out noise when both are in.

I finally found the best fitting wireless earphones! I feel like I can wear these all day without any ear fatigue or any discomfort. The fit is secure with the different ear tips that are available along with the over the ear hook, these are not coming off. The sound quality is solid. I own other Beats headphones and these are right up there with them. The controls on the earphones are straight forward and it's great that they can be worn independently and you still have access to all the controls regardless of which one you have on. Overall I am really enjoying these and I would definitely recommend these. *P.S. The pair I purchased were refurbished.

Fits good and sounds great. Easy to use and good price.

I forgot it didnt come with a charger but so far I love it once I got the right fit for the ear padding.
