I bought this in late August, since the beginning I had trouble with the connectivity to the iPhone, but I ignored because after after a few tries it would eventually connect BUT now, after a few months it won’t hold the battery, after not even 30 min of use the battery was dead. I made an appointment for Service in Store for a repair, NO Warranty whatsoever because they used the date of the original item sale from the previous owner, NOT when I bought it Refurbished. Fit great and the audio is very good. Self-charging storage is a bonus also.

Got it on time and good price. The problems is left side isn’t working, and I have tried resetting it and still not working. I don’t recommend to anyone buying this refurbished product.

Gave as a gift said she loves them and great for music and making phone calls.

Not happy with these at all. The right one only works half the time and both sometimes just have horrible sound to them. I wish I was able to return them but between work and COVID it made it very difficult. Spend the extra few bucks and get new ones.

So far this works great for my husband. He loves the way it fits on his ear.

Absolute joke Geek Squad and Best Buy are. Got my item shipped missing ear tips so they tell me go to customer service and exchange for new. I go there and they obviously can’t do that then have the gull to ask me to buy the new headphones. Waste of time and gas all because of Geek Squads incompetence to take 5 seconds and check the package before sending.

Great condition but sound was very tinny. No bass at all. Probably because they did not come with any ear tips. So they did not fit securely in my ears. So I returned them. Which I did at the store with no problems at all.

I think it is good for music but if you are planning to use for phone like conf calls it is not good as people couldn't hear me. May be it was just my device that had this issue or in general this issue with all I am not sure but be careful.

The Powerbeats are better than the wireless overhead headphone, pricey but they are great

Great buy. Sounds magnificent. This product met all of my expectations.

Buyer beware: Lasted only three months before one of the ear buds went bad. Conveniently 1 week after remaining manufacturers warranty expired from when the original user bought it. Kicker: if you have total tech support that usually gives you the complimentary 2 year protection on your items, geek squad refurbished does not qualify for that. Waste of money, literally. Best Buy: do a better job validating your refurbished items.

No bass. Quality was fine but not beats quality now

Left ear wouldn't charge never had a chance to use them.

I love them however they need charging quite often
