Wonderful sound. The battery life is amazing. Comfortable fit.

I had to ditch my skullcandy sesh earbuds because they just fell out too much when working out. I had heard these were an excellent option so instead of buying them at full price, I gave the refurb option a try. Packaging was as if they were new but the directions were missing so I had to watch some videos for the basics. I mainly pair them with my Apple Watch and that was an easy process. Overall, they play music. The sound quality is not good, they lack bass even once adjusting any EQ options. Sound wise the Skullcandy buds I had before were way better, but functionality wise, they stay put which was my main need. Other random notes: the pause button is super touchy and they hold a great charge.

Check to ensure all the parts included when it arrives. 1st pair came without the box, charging cable, and rubber earpieces. Called BB and they sent out a second pair which was complete. Had the hassle of calling BB and returning the 1st pair but overall super happy with the purchase. The headphones have a great sound and hug your ear really well.

I’ve tried multiple pairs of wireless headphones and these are the first that I’ve felt truly free wearing. They fit better and stay in place, so I’m not constantly worried that I’ll drop one. Sound is good too. Happy with this purchase.

Even 10 years after my first pair they’re still the best. Here I am again 12 pairs of all the other and im Back purchasing the ones I know. The sound is crispy and clear I can hear others talking when the sound is level. But if the music is turned up good bye outside world. I will purchase another pair when these go out.

Needed a good pair of head phones and so it was between this and air pods. There are some good ones out there that cost more and some good ones even less but these work well too. I found out Apple bought beats so these are essentially the same as AirPods but I found these more aesthetically pleasing. They fit and they have adjustable inserts if needed. You can adjust sounds individually and all. The case charges the head phones wirelessly too

i had wanted to buy these for a while and held off because i have airpods, but i decided to go ahead and get them anyways. overall i would say theyre great headphones, but oftentimes when i leave them in for a while my ears with start itching due to the silicone buds, which doesnt happen to me with my airpods. because of this, ive opted to use airpods for casual, everyday use and the powerbeats for when im in the gym, as ive noticed the powerbeats have an extremely minimal change of falling out and they feel more secure than running with airpods in

I chose to buy the refurbished for a few reasons. 1. I couldn't convince myself that the original price made sense for any product that is so ever changing. 2. They are backed by the geek squad promise so, whatever the issue, I could get it fixed. 3. You can't benefit from all of the features if you're a droid user which, I am. Mine came with three sets of buds. I chose the med for comfort and the case closes with no problem. I have only worn them once and they are much different than my Samsung buds so, there's still some adjusting.

Had my eyes on these Beats by Dr Dre as my AirPod’s kept falling out of my ears. Well these have joined the club as they hurt my ears if worn for long periods of time. However they keep the charge for long. The sound is perfect.

Second and last pair of Beats that I will purchase. I decided to go with the certified this time which is cheaper and hopefully updated and improved from the original which I am having trouble with and have to get repaired now. But because I purchased the Apple warranty instead of the Best Buy warranty I have to send the first pair off for repair. From what I hear it's no telling how long they will be out for repair. I bought the second pair with part of my BB rewards and I also need them for the gym and they are comfortable for my tiny ears. So fingers crossed my first pair doesn't take weeks or months for repair. The issue I have is they sometimes disconnect and also the left ear goes out at times.

Purchase these refurbished earbuds the price was spot on cheep there so reliable great sound I use them on a daily battery life is great having no issues highly recommend

These are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever had. I wear them when I’m at the gym and they stay put. Definitely recommend. Had AirPods prior to this so these are an upgrade.

Great everything, they could be a little louder but when they're on I can't even tell I'm wearing them. All i know is i prefer these over airpods anyway. Love love love them and bought referbished and can't even tell. Didn't come original box but ooh well. Overall def satisfied

I bought these for my boyfriend. He works at a golf course and says they stay on his ears all day. He mentioned that the sound is good. I did hear him say once that if he wears them for awhile without breaks, they do hurt his ears a little.
