Awesome earphones, I do like them ‘cause they never fall down, I use in work so is awesome

Great fit and great sound. Seems to hold a charge for long use.

I brought these after getting my fiancé a pair…I have never been a fan of earphones, buds or anything in my ears because they always bothered me after a couple min. Let me tell you these are so comfortable I forget I have it on. I use one at a time for daily use. I deliver mail and these Totally wireless power Beats Pro allow me to be completely hands free. I can text, call, play my music…all by saying hey Siri! And the charge last on these little suckers lol. I have yet to use the other ear. They also block out the background noise so well that no one believes I’m out working with cars flying by. A definite must buy!

Repeat, you get what you pay for. My wife loves them. It was between this and some other brand that I will not mention because we made the better choice. HA!!! The sound is off the charts now they could have been louder but you’ll definitely will not hear the sounds around you and that wouldn’t be safe. They still will get the job done.

Refurbished in great condition with great price and sound

Sounds awesome! Also doesn't fall out when exercising, great bass, wireless too, only wish it wasn't Apple branded cables and just regular Type C connections

These have been great. I bought them because I am doing online teaching and can't stand being tethered to the computer by a wire. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is great. My only complaint is I have some issues with pairing them to the laptop but it is a minor problem.

While the product itself is okay, know that these earphones are finicky products. They usually work pretty well, but they don't connect as well, or as consistently, as some other bluetooth headphones, such as AirPods for example. Mine would regularly connect in one ear but not the other (perhaps because they were refurbished rather than new but suspect this could as easily happen to new ones as well). When you are ready for a run, you don't want to have to mess with connection problems or go find the case and reset them, which is the only way I could get them to both work again. On a few occasions I just ran with one ear not working. For a product this expensive, that is just not acceptable. Apple is good at supporting their products, but these really do suggest the need for AppleCare as I can see these failing beyond the initial warranty/return period. Speaking of, beware that you cannot buy AppleCare for these when buying refurbished. Best Buy told me I could and sent me to the Apple Store to purchase AppleCare, only to find out from Apple that they won't sell AppleCare on certified refurbished products (aside those bought directly from Apple) so, if you try to save some money on these refurbished, know you are taking the risk of them failing and then you are out of luck and money. I really wish Best Buy had 1) known about this policy and 2) told me this when I bought them. So, fortunately, I'm within the return window and I'll just buy them new so I can get the AppleCare protection.

These have great sound,excellent battery life,fit very nice

These came in original packaging and I didn’t notice any wear and tear on them but they were opened prior but that explains the certified refurbished my husband loves these we work out a lot and these are best for Intense training the won’t fall out of your ears and you can’t hear ANYTHING while your wearing these besides your music playing

Just bought so far so good, love the wireless feature nice to not have a cord, sound is still as good as the ones with the cord. Overall Im pleased.

Love these super comfy and great battery life and sound

Solid product I like them, the case is a ad slippery yet they stay and do not cause much discomfort. I have work for 4hrs straight. I am comparing to my Powerbeats2 the no words are nice the weight is not bad at all and they connect well. Happy with my purchase I would recommend yet I have not tested the Bose versions which I do enjoy Bose a lot. I would not pay full price so if you find on sale at a bargain for you then I would say get them.

Despite my expansive patience, days of tedious troubleshooting and Apple-fandom, I must say, this product SUCKS! The earbuds sound fine, when they connect with my iPhone… and that’s the issue… Though the earbuds connect, said connection is very awkward, inefficient and unreliable. First, the Bluetooth connection is awkwardly initiated with the earbuds in the case. Once connected, the earbuds are controlled/adjusted in some instances via a weird/awful, proprietary app… and in other instances, the earbuds act/respond like any other Bluetooth headphones… consistently inconsistent and VERY confusing. Finally, and most importantly, these earbuds would regularly (often within minutes of pairing with my iPhone) disconnect, randomly + rapidly deplete their “full” charge, for no apparent reason, over the past six-weeks, I’ve only been able to experience a consistent connection, without issues, interruptions or low-power-warnings, for <15-mins. Perhaps I received a bad pair…
