Despite my expansive patience, days of tedious troubleshooting and Apple-fandom, I must say, this product SUCKS! The earbuds sound fine, when they connect with my iPhone… and that’s the issue… Though the earbuds connect, said connection is very awkward, inefficient and unreliable. First, the Bluetooth connection is awkwardly initiated with the earbuds in the case. Once connected, the earbuds are controlled/adjusted in some instances via a weird/awful, proprietary app… and in other instances, the earbuds act/respond like any other Bluetooth headphones… consistently inconsistent and VERY confusing. Finally, and most importantly, these earbuds would regularly (often within minutes of pairing with my iPhone) disconnect, randomly + rapidly deplete their “full” charge, for no apparent reason, over the past six-weeks, I’ve only been able to experience a consistent connection, without issues, interruptions or low-power-warnings, for <15-mins. Perhaps I received a bad pair…

I love my beats. The sound is everything and they last all day. I’m at work for 10 hours and I don’t have to charge my beats probably till around 8 that night from 7 that morning. You can’t go wrong with these beats.

These are the best Beats device I have purchased and I have purchased several. It syncs well, very good quality sound, comfortable over the ear. The only negative is they only can be charged one way.

These were a great purchase and upgrade from the airpods. Longer battery life but yet only 2 things i dont like. Sometimes if you dont secure the headphones to the case they wont charge and also have had to place them back in case because they wont connect.

Good sound quality. Best thing is that it sits on the year due to the ear loops. I struggle to get other earplugs to stay on esp on the move. I have tried several other brands. This is really good.

Although refurbished the Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones are in excellent condition. They are clean and work extremely well. I mainly use them during my daily walks. They are comfortable in my ears. I highly recommend Geek Squad Certified Refurbished products,

I was wondering which ear phones would be better for me since I have a very greasy skin and those ones are perfect! The sound it self it’s amazing and it holds on your ear without any harm. It’s pretty comfortable! I’m very happy with my choice!

Was initially hesitant to purchase a refurbished pair of headphones, but am very happy with the purchase. These wireless head phone work great, excellent clarity and battery charge life. Would definitely consider other refurbished products from the Geek Squad.

Good in every way except mine is buggy. The left earpiece doesn’t turn off when it is in the case and sometimes doesn’t turn on when out in my ear

I absolutely love my beats. I had the previous model and they were great too. But i like how these are truly wireless so i dot feel that little tickle on the bavk of my neck. Great sound quality and the hooks dor the ears are perfect!

Bought them for $129 on deals of the day and I'm glad I invested in them. Super easy to use. They pair automatically once taken out the case and placed on ears. The sound is great and so far super comfortable for every workout I've used them on including cycling.

The headphones are spectacular, the sound quality is better than I expected. It does not bother to use them, they do not tire your ears, I recommend them.

Amazing bass sound and great fit. If you pick the right ear pads it made a huge difference on the sound when it sealed properly.

Good quality headphones. Fits nice on the ears. This is my second refurbished ear buds and both sets did not come with the medium sized earbud inserts.
