First time purchasing a refurbished item on BB. I didn't have the highest expectations, but they looked brand new and I was surprised that they were refurbished. Purchased for mainly WFH purpose to have the flexibility to walk around. They have pretty good range distance from the computer, but my coworkers did notice a slight sound quality difference on their side. Great for exercising; they don't fall out like other headphones. I would honestly give them a 4.5 out of 5, but that wasn't an option. Great deal for the money at the end of day.

Fits well in my ear comes with different size ear hole assortment rubber tips. Battery life is very good.

These ear buds have amazing sound and are easy to use. They are also comfortable and I don’t feel like they’ll fall out with the help fo the over ear piece!

Every time I use them, they sound great. I have a small ear canal and they fit great. The sound is very clear. They work well with my Samsung phone.

sound quality is awesome and very good battery life. Minimum 9Hrs of listening time.

My third pair ! Because I can’t keep up with them. But they are my go to. They don’t hurt the inter ear

Very good sound stay inplace while i workout which is why i bought them. Slightly difficult to insert but worth it.

Battery life is amazing. Great fit and touch controls on the actual bugs is great. Only ask for Apple would be to enable find my iphone on these earbuds, they are more expensive than AirPods which do support this.

Extremely pleased with these. They’re not perfect, but provide high quality audio and an excellent fit. It’s important to try a different earpiece for the best fit and better audio. By changing the earpiece I got 100% stronger bass. Note I get a nice full spectrum with crisp highs and thump bass. Love the volume controls too. I’d give it a 4.8 out of 5. Pick up a set, you won’t regret it.

The sound the quality and the fit amazing, and there no flaws whatsoever

The refurbished Dr. Dre Powerbeats Pro is well designed. The sounds are rich and full from any of my phones. The operation is intuitive and simple, except for complicated operations. If I want to use one earpiece and that earpiece's microphone and select options for the phone, I need documentation. The website assumes you already understand the operations. If it has documentation I would have been very pleased with the packageing presentation.

They’ve got that Beats bass that sacrifices the other ranges. But I can take calls with them easily even with high wind/traffic , so these are my go-to pair for bike rides. Getting used to wrapping them around my ears and putting them back in the case has been a slight learning curve, but eventually I figured it out. Sound quality isn’t nearly as good as the AirPod Pros for the same price, but for workouts, you can’t beat these if you have an iPhone.

I've had two of these, hand down best headphones I've ever had. I had the moss green ones and the white ones. Some unbelievable crisp and detailed sound on theses guys. Beats headphones have elevated the standards excellent. They could be louder at times but not much of a difference. Best range of any Bluetooth headphones I've ever seen. Buttons are accurate and convenient. Calls are seamless with perfect audio.
