If your trying to make some gains, these things will really help you get in the zone. Ergonomically they are terrific. Aesthetically they are easy on the eyes. They are sweat resistant, and best of all they don't get in the way and won't slip off. Try doing bicep curls while wearing a pair of on ear/over the ear headphones. Or how about try hitting the Bech press with a pair of on ear/over the ear headphones. As for other earbuds like Sennheiser's or Sony's or Samsungs or AirPods, they may sound better but I doubt they will resist sweat like these and stay in your ear like these.
