Great crispy sound , will purchase over and over again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great headphones. Needed something that wouldnt fall when i go for my runs or workout. Sound quality is great , would have been perfect if it had active noise cancelling feature.

When I received these earphones you can clearly tell that they had been used by someone prior. It came in missing a few things, eartips, stickers, warranty claim, manual book, etc. Which to me was no big deal. The earphones sounded great with plenty of bass & are very lightweight. As much as I wanted to keep them, I returned them because the left earphone’s pause/play button would continuously get stuck. Figured I’d bring it in to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they would fix it since it’s still under the 3 month manufacture warranty for a refurbished item. The Geek Squad associate tells me, yea not a problem we can ship it out for you get it fixed & have it back in about 2 weeks but it will cost you $84.95 to ship the item out since you don’t have Apple care. Never in the ad listing was this scenario ever mentioned & I told him are we shipping a car across the country? Long story short I left the earphones right there and got my refund. Best Buy needs to clarify this type of “shipping fee” in their listing before customers make a purchase.

Was trying to find a pair of earbuds for when i run. These stay in your ear since it has the hook. The only thing is the sound sometimes could be better with the volume.

These headphones were basically brand new. The only indication they weren't brand new was the box had been opened before, but nothing else had been touched. My only complaint is that every once in a while the connection will drop for a split second, but that could be my phone and not the headphones.

Super nice headphones only complaints are the steep price and finding a good seal for sound when running outdoors, the latter of which is more of a person issue. Def recommend if you’re more active than the average person and want yo invest in your fitness.

These headphones pack a powerful punch. And best of all they fit snug into my ear and never fall out.

Was looking into buying these for work as I wash cars for a dealership. The refurbished ones came basically brand new, and saved me $100 from buying brand new ones. Would recommend to everybody on a budget. They came like brand new and I’ve had 0 problems at all.

Love these headphones. Siund and bass are perfect. Love how they turn on and off when removing from ears.

They started out good, but after a month they won’t connect and won’t charge. I’m going to try and exchange them. They do have good controls and stay in place in my ears
