I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and sound of these Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Earphones and to be perfection honest, they were just as great as a brand new pair without the high sticker price from Beats. I've bought several Refurbished items from Best Buy before and I've never been disappointed.

I really like them. They're a little defective (the left ear's main button is kinda stuck), but I got them at a really good price. Good for running or when you are at the gym.

The Beats headphones were in great shape. They just had a little scrape on it. The sound is loud. They are the headphones I take everywhere with me now.

Refurbished, Packaged Good and Great Price, After trying and searching for the right earphones I was hoping I found the right ones. Comfort level was good, but unfortunately when on a call I have been told its extremely muffled and, on my end, it is very hard hearing even with both buds in, also the noise cancelation did not work. I am not sure if it the quality of the earbuds or because they are refurbished.

I really like these earbuds however there is a learning curve with them. For me I had to find some aftermarket replacement tips to keep them in my ears as none of the enclosed tips fit my ears. When exercising (laying down on a mat) I have trouble keeping them in my ears. You need to be careful when adjusting them while wearing otherwise you will turn them off. They are easily turned back on though. They frequently need to be reset. This is done by putting the device back into the case and holding the button down until the light on the case starts flashing. Sometimes you need to delete the device from your Bluetooth list and then repeat the aforementioned steps. Other than these issues they are pretty good ear phones.

Bought these for my husband. I was a little nervous to purchase a refurbished product just because I wasn’t sure what the noise quality was going to be like, the return policy is shorter and different, and I had never bought a refurbished product before. However, my husband has loved them and has used them on the daily for almost a month now! My husband is happy and I’m happy that we saved a ton of money. I will be looking into refurbished products more!

These earphones are underrated. Perfect for someone like me where normal in-ear earphones keep falling out!
