Total Tech Members beware: refurbished items have no coverage under your Total Tech plans. I purchased this item in July 2024 and recently one of the earbuds starting having random issues charging. I figured no big deal that is what we have the plan for in cases like this (something I have used on other headphones in the past without issue). However, my local store informed me they can find no coverage and that is due to the previously mentioned stipulation on Geek Squad refurbished items do not fall under the Total Tech plan. I spoke with the store manager who said that there was apparently a message present saying this (it is highly likely I made my purchase through the app and I do not remember seeing then). During our discussion, I made the comment that basically there is no point in buying a refurbished item as a Total Tech member and after thinking on it for a moment, his response was "yes I guess that is true." So if you are looking to roll the dice and save some money, go for it on these. However, if you are expecting any kind of coverage from Total Tech on a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished item... look at other options lest you be stuck with an unreliable item trying to save a little money.

When reading previous reviews concerning the refurbished products on the site. They cause you to pause and ponder if it’s worth it to save some money. The Beats Sport headphones I received was exactly what I ordered and they work perfectly. So in my opinion the refurbished products are worth saving the money.

Miss my Samsung buds that did a hearing test and balanced the sound accordingly. These have great quality, but do not have good balance. They also tend to cut out when I move my head. I wanted buds that had earpieces as other brands fell out of my ears a lot. Overall good sound, but be better if they had some kind of online balancing app.

I bought these for my partner's birthday. They came rather quickly, pick up was a breeze and they are easy to connect to. They have great sound quality and came with extra rubber ear pieces, charging cord, and a charging case. Great product, would totally buy another refurbished product fro the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Bought these for my husband. I was a little nervous to purchase a refurbished product just because I wasn’t sure what the noise quality was going to be like, the return policy is shorter and different, and I had never bought a refurbished product before. However, my husband has loved them and has used them on the daily for almost a month now! My husband is happy and I’m happy that we saved a ton of money. I will be looking into refurbished products more!
