Its a good pair of headphones i got it pre owned 1+ later still good.

Great buy, flawless, wouldn't even know every are refurbished.

I bought these powerbeats refurbished back in April 2025. They worked great until now, its July. 2025. The right one makes a buzzing sound and the left one will not connect. I get that they are not brand new but my expectation is that they would last longer than 3 months.

Total Tech Members beware: refurbished items have no coverage under your Total Tech plans. I purchased this item in July 2024 and recently one of the earbuds starting having random issues charging. I figured no big deal that is what we have the plan for in cases like this (something I have used on other headphones in the past without issue). However, my local store informed me they can find no coverage and that is due to the previously mentioned stipulation on Geek Squad refurbished items do not fall under the Total Tech plan. I spoke with the store manager who said that there was apparently a message present saying this (it is highly likely I made my purchase through the app and I do not remember seeing then). During our discussion, I made the comment that basically there is no point in buying a refurbished item as a Total Tech member and after thinking on it for a moment, his response was "yes I guess that is true." So if you are looking to roll the dice and save some money, go for it on these. However, if you are expecting any kind of coverage from Total Tech on a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished item... look at other options lest you be stuck with an unreliable item trying to save a little money.

These earphones are an excellent value refurbished and they were like new to me - even came with new ear cushion tips. I like them better than the previous air pods because they are longer battery life and they read me my text messages which is a cool feature.

Purchased refurbs from BB. In great condition and came with new accessories. Very pleased with the purchase.

Amazing out of all ways. Ive been using Airpods pros for a while and the powerbeats pro help alot with my traveling.

So far so good nothing wrong with them only that after some time passed without use one will disconnect but a quick reset fixes the problem

This powerbeats are really great, they have great sound and stay in your ear, not to worry of losing them!

Secure and comfortable fit, good sound, no active noise cancellation but a good balance between music and outside noise. Exactly what I hoped for, and no issues with refurbished.
