I got the refurbished set and I was worried about the tips being dirty and what not but they looked brand new and they came with all the different tips new still in packaging. I was very pleased with my purchase..

It was great and I enjoyed it. I used to have AirPod so I rather use something else.

The headphones are great and I can say I selected a great product ! They are compatible with my IPhone and the sound is perfect.

I have the Apple AirPods, which I enjoy for business calls or casually listening to music. The thing I really Like about the Beats is they stay in place when I am out jogging or working out. These are perfect if you are extremely active.

I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of wireless headphones. Love that they stay on your ears and dont move around especially when working and moving around often. The sound even on full blast if your in a loud environment can be hard to hear and they do have connection issues from time to time.

I love them. The battery is good and they charge quickly.

Great sound, great look. I workout everyday and sweat doesn't affect them. Takes some practice to get on your ears.

These are great new, refurbished just inspect them before buying, Bestbuy does a great job checking used items but no one’s perfect

Bought these refurbished and was quite surprised. Like new with same warranty. Never been a fan of beats cause of the price but they are actually really nice with a quality sound.

This is a very great earphone! Had one previously and lasted for over 2years. Had to get another. I will definitely recommend it.

My 12 year got these to do his basketball workouts. He was looking for something that would stay on his ear. He loves them.

I bought these earphones to replace a set that I sadly lost. I guess they are ok as refurbished, but they came with no instructions at all on charging and use. I was glad that I still had instructions from my first set. Somehow these don't seem as comfortable as my original ones. My husband and I "share" them to listen to audiobooks when we go walking, and they work great for that purpose. I do think they are really overpriced though, and if I lose these I will find a more reasonable replacement.

I've never bought refurbished before, let alone wireless earphones like this, but right before the Pandemic hit I thought I'd give refurbished a try. At almost half off the price of new, I figured if I liked them but they didn't work well I could at least save for new ones if needed. Not knowing what to expect, I was surprised to open the box and discover these were packaged in the official Beats packaging (even still had the sticker inside). The case was only slightly scuffed up but for this much off the manufacturers price, that's fine. They work perfectly. Great sound quality. Love the on ear controls much better than the AirPods these replaced. I think the AirPods win on sound quality but these are very good as well. My only qualm is, I think, a manufacturers problem and not a refurbished problem. If these are even slightly off the charging plates they magnetically lock into one or both might not charge. That's a little disappointing when you want to connect to a Zoom meeting when there are three others going on around you. Again, I think it's a manufacturing issue instead of refurbed, and I just make sure when I click them in that the charging indicator lights up before putting them away.

Great sound and long battery life only problem I have is that it huts my small ears.

They have ok sound quality, but they oick up background noise and amplify it. Also, they haedphones dont always sit in the charging pod correctly and dont get a good charge

I purchased a refurbished pair and It was easy to set up and pairs well with apple products. Using the microphone callers can hear me not crystal clear but well enough. My issue with these is the low quality of the sound I expected it to be much much louder and it didnt deliver. The cost compared to price wasnt worth it I returned the product
