I bought these earphones to replace a set that I sadly lost. I guess they are ok as refurbished, but they came with no instructions at all on charging and use. I was glad that I still had instructions from my first set. Somehow these don't seem as comfortable as my original ones. My husband and I "share" them to listen to audiobooks when we go walking, and they work great for that purpose. I do think they are really overpriced though, and if I lose these I will find a more reasonable replacement.

I have never purchased anything that had been refurbished. The quality is like new. Still getting used to the way they fit in my ears. Great buy.

I've never bought refurbished before, let alone wireless earphones like this, but right before the Pandemic hit I thought I'd give refurbished a try. At almost half off the price of new, I figured if I liked them but they didn't work well I could at least save for new ones if needed. Not knowing what to expect, I was surprised to open the box and discover these were packaged in the official Beats packaging (even still had the sticker inside). The case was only slightly scuffed up but for this much off the manufacturers price, that's fine. They work perfectly. Great sound quality. Love the on ear controls much better than the AirPods these replaced. I think the AirPods win on sound quality but these are very good as well. My only qualm is, I think, a manufacturers problem and not a refurbished problem. If these are even slightly off the charging plates they magnetically lock into one or both might not charge. That's a little disappointing when you want to connect to a Zoom meeting when there are three others going on around you. Again, I think it's a manufacturing issue instead of refurbed, and I just make sure when I click them in that the charging indicator lights up before putting them away.

I bought these as the traditional apple ear pods fall out of my ears. The loop fits comfortably behind my ear and I can wear these for hours without any kind of ear fatigue. The sound is great and call clarity is a nice touch.

I debated between the AirPods and the Beats Wireless, and excited to have chosen the Beats Wireless! From the call quality to the sound quality they are definitely living up to the hype! I will definitely continue to recommend!

Only ever owned wired apple headphones and oh man it feels soo much better to be wireless. These are just so great the sound quality good, the color is cool but the case is just a bit to big for my liking

Best wireless earphones for the active type. I love this ones and are the best on the market for when you go running or stay active overall. The loop I’ve the war is amazing and the fit fees so comfortable.

The quality of the headset is very good, a little big, but stays in your ear, great for working out.

Excellent sound and excellent at the gym. However, sometimes you have to return them to the case and put them back up on your ear to connect. That can get annoying as the hook takes a bit longer to put on your ear than say an airport.
