I gifted beats in the past and decided to treat myself and I'm very satisfied.

The sound is great and I love have total wireless powerbeats. These are my second pair and I am still having issues with only one earphone charging or not charging at the same rate as the other one. Its annoying and Beats/apple needs to do something.

I love the total wireless aspect of these headphones. I hate the fact that they sometimes suddenly stop playing music on their own and thus need to be reset by placing them back in their charging pod for a few seconds. So I have started carrying the pod with me when using the headphones. This same problem occurs on the brand new ones, so at least I saved some money by buying the refurbished version.

Great for working out or to free up my hands while I'm out. Stay in and do not hurt my ears

They stay of your ears really well. I would’ve given them a 5 if they were louder and blocked out more noise.

Used these over the weekend for the first time and I am glad I bought these. Cool feature that it pauses playing sound when you remove one from your ear. Auto connect is great when you remove from case is nice too.

This is my second time buying this, I love them because the battery last forever.

They check off all my goto’s for a wearable Bluetooth device. Ear hooks, charger box, great sound, and ease of use. Refurbished so far seems like new

Awesome buy... I saved a bundle by purchasing refurbished. Not a bad mark on them and the sound is perfect. They always connect to my phone and never drop connection. Couldn’t be happier.

There ok but not what I was expecting good sound and my opinion. I still like the studio 3 for me every body is different

I absolutely love these ear buds. They announce calls and answers at your request. Sound quality is good too.

I had the previous wire beats, and loved those! These just add the convenience of no wires. With these newer phones, they are starting to get rid of AUX Jack, so this is an upgrade for sure.

These are still very good headphones, but realistically the AirPods Pro are a all around better set of headphones for many reasons. 1) AirPods Pro case is much more portable and light 2) Noise-Cancelling is not on Powerbeats Pro 3)AirPods Pro to me are more stylish and aesthetically pleasing than the Powerbeats Pro. I would only recommend these headphones if you need a good pair of gym headphones.

I know these headphones are great because I own a pair myself. I bought these for my wife and thought I'd save some money buying a refurbished pair. They ended up having connection issues. Luckily Best buy makes it easy to return. I'm sure that this doesn't always happen with refurbished items but just something to be aware of.
