Great headphones that give amazing sound that’s rich and full of bass with nice connection

Great feel and fit, I will say. Ido like to crank my music after years of being in radio, sometimes I just like my volume loud. These are great but the volume just wasn't strong enough for me. Otherwise, mic and calls sounded great, although low in volume with my iphone xr and my work windows laptop

Overall, the condition was good for a certified item. However, with this pair, the volume is not quite as loud as a new pair. My recommendation would be to inspect a critical function such as volume to ensure it is sufficient for the user. When it comes to headphones, I will purchase it as new and not an open box item.

Awesome sound, easy connection, gets a little annoying in ear for 2-3 hours continuous use, but using one at a time and switching is how I use them most and I get all day use and more.
