Strange definition of “refurbished”

They still had crud from someone else’s ears! But I still wanted the headphones, so I cleaned them thoroughly myself and then finally tried them. The right headphone has almost no volume, no matter what I do. It’s almost like only the left headphone is on. I’ve been trying them all morning, listening to different things, trying different headphones, etc., but the problem is with this pair of headphones. The right side just barely works. What a disappointment.
