A Great Refurbished job

Sound low on phone calls

Only connects to 1 phone at a time. I carry 2 phones during the day and switching connection back and forth can be cumbersome.

Love the color, how adjustable they are - my ears are shaped differently from each other - and the options for the earbud tips. I also like that I don't have to wear both so I feel safer when driving or to be able to hear my surroundings as well when I'm running. They pair easily with my non-apple phone and laptop and charge quickly. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a five star review is that they sometimes lose sound and I have to unpair/repair...don't know if that's my laptop/phone showing their age/wear or the downside of a refurbished product over a new one. Still think it was worth it for the savings!
