The audio is very clear and it stays on even when doing workouts. I used it for running and cycling. Buttons are easy to use.

They’re clear and they sound good but the volume doesn’t go up enough.

Works great very sensitive to the touch charge case over sized bulky. I have had the item for about a month now so this is a early review hopefully my opinion stays the same or improves.

I love the beats Pro. Only con, it is hard to adjust to snuggly fit my ear. I cannot find a tip that fits properly. The beats pro has fallen out of my ear several times.

The product is great except it doesn't connect automatically to my android phone. Stays in place and great bass. I got it refurbished without a charging cable. Tried to get cable through customer service but was unsuccessful therefore 2 stars

I love these I was scared to purchase refurbished but it turned out great. I saved money and these work great. Has great volume and call quality. Easy to pair to multiple devices. I have and I phone and android and I switch from one to another without a problem. I would reccomend these to anyone.

I give these headphones a 2 rating because after purchasing refurbished ones one ear bud has gone low for second time. After trying to get it repaired said my 90 day warranty was up pay $100 for another one. I have purchased two other pairs of these headphones and has not had one issue with the new ones. I will not purchased refurbished products again I believe their is reason the first owner returned them.

Had a pair, lost them and didn’t want to spend that much again. They work fine........ But they didn’t come with not one earphone tips. So I had to wait to use them

Very nice product, however I think for it to be refurbished the price should’ve been more reduced. I’ll probably end up buying another, who knows.

Great sound quality. Not comfy when wearing glasses, but great fit without glasses on.

I really just did not like the sound quality. I expected more. More ease of use, more clarity. Less noise my conversation partners could hear in the background. I just returned them and bought bose which was only better sound wise but not the call noise. This would have been my first pair of beats and I tried the sports pair also. So not sure if the quality just went down when apple took over.

After charging this for a couple of hours I’d expect for them to be charged since they’re right out the box. But NO it lacks connectivity (I have the iPhone 16 pro max) it doesn’t work. The light never turns white (even when it’s “done” charging - it’s only supposed to take 15 minutes!) If I knew they didn’t work I would’ve RETURNED it last month. If any of you are looking for something similar to this - wanting to spend money, please RECONSIDER.

This is the 3rd pair of refurbished Powerbeats Pro I have purchased from Best Buy and the 3rd pair I have returned because they don't work. The left earphone will sometimes not work at all, when I'm talking in a video, the beginning of the audio will sound far away and sometimes they just stop working even though my phone still shows they are connetcted.

Purchased for my GF and she loves them I wouldn’t recommend wearing them too too long though they’ll start go hurt a bit other than that perfect

Would have been nice if the color was just flat out red. Any who, I have to say I still love taking these to the gym, great earbuds just to zone out and get that workout crushed without thumbling with your tunes. Great addition to my collection!

Overall great headphones. Has some issues with bluetooth connection, but usually when first connecting. Once connected they are solid.

Only one works some times, only one charges sometimes the Jlabs are better honestly
