Don’t buy refurbished

I know they ain’t new but I expected for them to be guaranteed to be up to new standards and they weren’t. It was like someone just returned them and they resold them as refurbished. They were missing the medium tip, didn’t have the instructions, and went to Best Buy to see if they could just give me the medium tips but they said had to return them and reorder them. At the end I felt like they failed on product quality and guarantee. Returning them!!!!
