But when I received it didn't work, couldn't even turn it on even bestbuy employees couldn't make it work....had to buy different one Samsung earbud which works great....

Beats Here Today Gone Tomorrow

We went to my son's soccer practice a few weeks later and someone broke in the car and stole them. So now I have to get a replacement. Bummer!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason that I’m giving 2 stars, at first, it was a good option, and I thought that quality wouldn’t be affected. It doesn’t have the same smoothness when pressing the bottom to answer or hanging up calls. I’m guessing it has to do with being a refurbished product, so even though it’s tested before selling, chances are it’s not as smooth as something that’s perfect out of the box. Then again, I got a good deal, so I wasn’t expecting perfection.
