Setup problems, but ultimately working well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These literally were going back in the box when the Apple support tech suggested a hardware reset (hold the charger box button for 15+ seconds until it changes color and flashes; note: couldn't find the box or one bud's serial number in Apple database, so almost couldn't get support at all). Decent sound, terrible isolation, decent connection. The charging case is nice. I'm not thrilled with IR pause feature, but it works for my GF, and they play nice in her Apple devices garden. If full price, I'd have been cranky, but acceptable discounted.

She first got the apple airpods but she said the battery life doesn't last her entire work shift. So she decided to try these. Thanks to best buy for the open box! I could afford them. Cant use any of the free apple trials because ive used one before on another apple product. This is also my 20th pair of beats or something like that.
