She first got the apple airpods but she said the battery life doesn't last her entire work shift. So she decided to try these. Thanks to best buy for the open box! I could afford them. The reason that I’m giving 2 stars, at first, it was a good option, and I thought that quality wouldn’t be affected. It doesn’t have the same smoothness when pressing the bottom to answer or hanging up calls. I’m guessing it has to do with being a refurbished product, so even though it’s tested before selling, chances are it’s not as smooth as something that’s perfect out of the box. Then again, I got a good deal, so I wasn’t expecting perfection.
