I truly love the look and design. Other than that, they are not a good fit for me. The BeatsX were a much better fit for my ears but I kept losing them. After losing 3 pairs it got expensive so I got the Beats Solo 3. I really wanted these for the gym. Cons: volume goes high and low often; audio for phone calls were really bad, it was just static; placement of buttons makes it difficult to don unto the ears without fat fingering.

Gave my gal this for a gift and she totally loves them hasn’t taken them off great purchase and would recommend these

They fit great they do not fall off when I play Hanboll I was worrying about that but I was specked in more bass in better Better sound the name states beats definitely looking forward for the new models to come out to see if they have noise cancellation

Superior sound. Compared several brands before deciding on Beats. Better battery life than most other comparable products

These are fantastic! I was hesitant to buy them because my husband was having trouble with his. Come to find out it was because he didn’t update his phone. Once he updated they worked great and I bought this pair. :-)

Great product.... Been wanting these for a while,finally got them and can’t stop using them! The only bad thing is the range ,if your more then 50 feet from whatever you are connected to you’ll lose the connection

The headphones are very good however the condition they came were not the expected The box came all damaged and the manual was missing

Sometimes doesn’t latch to the charging terminals and I get surprised when I use it with 16% left. Repeatedly have to pair as my exercise machines don’t recognize this off the bat

The sound and fit were amazing , everything you would expect from beats

I have had several different wireless earbuds but these are my favorite! You can control volume from either ear and phone function/music features all controlled by different push combinations of the beat b button. The ear wrap arm is adjustable so they stay put. I have found these work great with a bike helmet with exposed ears as they won’t fall off. My only con is the earphones are automatically on when out of the charging/ storage case.

Mine were refurbished and the sound was low and I couldn’t turn the volume up, so I return it. I was disappointed also cause the sound wasn’t that great either.

They are amazing, however one came with a scratch and appeared to have been dropped or chewed

The shipping of the product was excellent as well as packaging. For these Beats Earbuds to be used they felt very new the sound is excellent and the best part is I saved money. Thank You Best Buy

I now have a false sense of security now, in refurbished items. The little ear pieces “cushions if you will” were packed separately. I need the smallest size. When I looked at the packaging. The small ones were FULL OF EAR WAX, from the prior owner!!! GROSS! You can’t even be bothered to check for clean ear pieces or to take the step to make sure they are clean!? How good was the check to sell these as refurbished? Highly questionable. I will not make this mistake again. I called and asked to be sent new ear pieces, but they aren’t able to do that? Why IDK!? Makes no sense! I needed to send everything back. But I was kind of in a dire situation & in need of this over the ear style. I decided to run them through the dishwasher, then swabbed them with alcohol. Just the squishy ear pads. AGAIN…. I will NOT make the mistake of purchasing refurbished items from Best Buy, again. I expected better. I would not recommend them, based solely on them being a refurbished item.

To date these are my favorite headphones I’ve ever worn and I’ve worn a lot. The only thing I would say is I wish that they had a real Africa controller settings like others. But the range and their quality is just amazing.

Refurbished products are good but not great. The volume goes up and down like there a shortage.
