Its almost looks like new i dont know what was wrong and they have to sell it as refurbished but the ear pads were new too i love it

Bought these for my wife when she works out and she enjoys them. They aren't as easy to hook up as I thought they would be originally but once you get them connected it is simple. The sound is amazing and they don't move when you're getting your sweat on.

Do not buy refurbished. You have no options for repair or warranty. Product serial number cannot be registered through Apple either. I’ve bought two pairs: black and ivory. Both pairs did not live up to our expectations . My wife’s ivory pair had issues from day one. She experienced playback problems with audio going in and out even though music continued to stream. That pair was returned and replaced only to have the replacement pair fail after 30 days. Issue 1: only one earphone would play music. Issue 2: Audio would skip during music playback. Issue 3: No audio from either headphone. Issue 4: Diminished volume. Issue 5: Bluetooth distance is short. Anything over 4 feet from your device and you experience playback issues.

If you’re not looking to buy full price, Best Buy refurbished is the way to go! Work great! Look brand new!! I will definitely be buying some more refurbished items at this quality!

The ear buds had very little bass and required me to turn the volume up high on my phone to be heard. The case was nice and they fit my ers well.

Probably should try before you buy for comfort and sound. I like them, but may not work for all.

I had to take them back. One of the headphones wasn’t charging. Then when I left it alone for one day they died quickly and I wasn’t even using them.

Sound quality is not bad on these. But dropping connections and charging is terrible. The left ear piece never stays connected. The right one says its fully charged but doesnt last as long. There is a long list of better ear phones at this price.

These earbuds work really well. Easy to carry around in the provided case. The refurb pair I bought looked brand new, with zero cosmetic defects. Great deal
