Wonder solution when air pods hurt your ears! Great product. Worth every penny!

I had to return the product since one of the earbuds was not charging at all. I am very disappointed and wonder about the quality check of Geek Squad certified products.

Right side only worked intermittently, and the overall sound was horrible. I returned them today and purchased different ones.

Open Box item, but came looking and sounding new. All accessories were present.

Bought these for my mom just because I have them and she loves them...

I bought these earphones refurbished. They worked great for two months, but then I started noticing the right earphone wouldn't connect right away, it was delayed. Then I started noticing that the right earphone would charge past 40% with the charging case closed. I know it's refurbished, but this is garbage. I can't return these now as it's past the return period. This is the second time best buy has screwed something up for me.

These are so comfortable when it comes to holding through your ear. Some how apple airpods fall off from my ears. Overall these are good.

Music sounded ok on theses but when using them for Teams meeting, I was told I sounded like I was in a barrel talking.

I bought these for my wife to surprise her. She loves them.

Bought these for my husband and he loves them. Very comfortable to wear for hours at a time. Sound clarity is fantastic. Phone calls are crisp and clear and cuts out background noise

I returned these. To heavy for my ears. It hurt to wear them. Also I couldn’t tell when they were done charging and even though I left them charging a long time one ear died after 30 min?!

Don’t waste your money. I noticed my left earbud would not work half the time. The reason being is it was not charging. The buds do not make good contact for charging. This however is not my issue it seems the contacts do not work and after 2 months the left bud will not charge at all. The sound is great when both work correctly.

No bad for being refurbishing nice for work outs and annoying neighbors

Been wanting to try these beats out, and finally was able to get an open box. Super great price and no problems what so ever. It’s definitely worth the price and the sound is incredible. I use these for the gym and never have any problems with them.

Perfect for running and sweat. Used it in a half marathon and worked great.

bought refurbished and was kind of leery but for the price took a chance. No issues at all and they sound great. Got these for $115 and came with everything, just not the original packaging. Will update if they fail to work at a later time.
