Great sound till they stop working

I returned and just got a brand new pair because of how much I liked the sound quality. Bite the bullet and just buy the new pair!

Bad earplugs bad return experience

Was given a really hard time by a manager Will P who wasn’t going to return them unless I paid $50 to upgrade my account because he said yesterday was last day I could return them but they didn’t work. He finally took them back. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy’s store.

The volume is so low you can hardly hear the music, even after turning it to maximum. I was super unsure of buying a refurbished item and now my fear of it not working correctly is confirmed.
