Not sure about refurbished products

Then I lost sound in the left headphone with no solutions working to get them back on. Returned to Best Buy and bought a brand new pair by paying the difference. So I will see if it’s the product or what. Stay tuned.

Don't buy refurbished.

Geek Squad Sucks

Got my item shipped missing ear tips so they tell me go to customer service and exchange for new. I go there and they obviously can’t do that then have the gull to ask me to buy the new headphones. Waste of time and gas all because of Geek Squads incompetence to take 5 seconds and check the package before sending.

Product was dirty came with a knock off charging cord and no ear cushions. I called to ask about this and was told I could purchase ear cushions for $15. I returned the product.

I made an appointment for Service in Store for a repair, NO Warranty whatsoever because they used the date of the original item sale from the previous owner, NOT when I bought it Refurbished.
