Don't buy refurbished.

Great buy excellent refurbished condition!

Currently on a full charge they only last about six hours. But I couldn’t be happier with the discounted pricing and the condition they arrived in from the outlet.

Not sure about refurbished products

Then I lost sound in the left headphone with no solutions working to get them back on. Returned to Best Buy and bought a brand new pair by paying the difference. So I will see if it’s the product or what. Stay tuned.

I made an appointment for Service in Store for a repair, NO Warranty whatsoever because they used the date of the original item sale from the previous owner, NOT when I bought it Refurbished. 3 month lifespan before failing

Conveniently 1 week after remaining manufacturers warranty expired from when the original user bought it. Kicker: if you have total tech support that usually gives you the complimentary 2 year protection on your items, geek squad refurbished does not qualify for that. Waste of money, literally. Best Buy: do a better job validating your refurbished items.
