Don’t buy refurbished items from Best Buy

Worse than that, the right headphone works intermittently and I can’t return or exchange them. I’ve only had them for 2 months.

Great sound just a bit bulky

I don't use them as a daily gym headphone because a lot of the times I have workout partners and taking them in and out is cumbersome and wearing only 1 makes it look like a weird bulky bluetooth lol

Disheartened

They left one connected, right one showed “0” charge. Wouldn’t charge at all. Tried reset procedure. Afterwards neither would charge nor show. Wouldn’t pair anymore. Sunday tried to see if firm was updated, it says it was but still wouldn’t show neither. Monday morning brought to best buy Geek squad. They don’t work on them. How is it Geek Squad certified refurbished if they don’t work on them? Said the serial number on box didn’t match the buds. Eventually gave me refund for the nonfunctional ones. Long story short, still ended up paying $250 for a new pair. Think that was the plan in the first place. No more Best Buy certified refurbished for me.
