I originally owned a brand new pair, but unfortunately, lost them and ordered this refurbished pair, hoping to save some money. I have a friend that bought a refurbished pair and out of the box they looked/sounded brand new, so I do believe you can get good refurbished ones. Unfortunately, I didn't get so lucky. The refurbished pair I received sounded terrible! They did work, but it sounded like you were listening to everything through a tin can. I debated keeping them, but found it intolerable, so I ended up returning them and purchased a brand new pair. I don't think this should deter you from ordering these. You might get lucky and receive a pair that sound brand new, like my friend did. But if not, then at least Best Buy lets you return them!

It supposed to be refurbished. Had to return it immediately, pieces were missing.

Brought them for work after almost losing my AirPods and now use them for everything.

Don’t seem like they last long even when I’m not playing music.

The refurbished headset has defect. When using mic to make a call, how cannot hear the phone ring or the person answering. You have to physically connect to phone then back to Bluetooth.

I am obsessed with these headphones, but after a couple weeks wearing them, they have hurt my ears mercilessly. I just recently switched the buds, so hopefully this fixes the minimal issue.

I am so disappointed that this item has not been delivered yet and no one has contacted me about the delay!! Very poor service experience

Would not fit my ears properly so I could not get the full sound. Very upset. Not cheap either.

These headphones were great at first but lasted less than a year from data purchase. Clearly The geek squad brand means nothing when it comes to refurbishing their products. Don't expect this product to last you more than a year. And don't expect Best buy's brand to stand behind this product.

Works great. All the parts came with it, just not the original ear bud caps but sanitary. At least it came with the extra ones. For the price it was at, worth it.
