Trash as hell beats was best a when Dre had them apple had really messed up this brand ill stick to the bose for now on

Is too big and larger than the size of the ear. It may injure the ear because of its enlargement

I was a little disappointed. These arrived in a beat up ripped box and when I opened them, they were missing a pair of ear tips completely. Another pair of ear tips was clearly worn and it had someone else’s... ear debris still on it. I can understand the beat up box, but for certified refurbished earbuds I would expect all the pieces to be there and I would also expect new or sanitized ear tips.

The noise is to low , I not sure if the ones are not certified but the prices it’s ok

they were ok. they were a nice bright reddish orange. A little cumbersome. a bit big for me

Right ear works, left ear doesn’t. This is the first time I’ve turned them on to use them due to the shut down. These things suck.

Very bad useless I don't recommend it is not worth it

I ordered the Moss green refurbed Beats for my wife. When the package came the box the Beats were in fell apart, was missing the the instruction manual and when we opened the case found the Beats were Ivory and not Moss, even though the outside of the box said Moss. They are working fine so the wife may keep them but i don't think i would buy another refurbed product here if that's the kind of attention to detail used.

I bought this certified in April 2020 and 1 ear bud is not working now after few months hardly used less than 40 days.

I returned the item, and i haven't got back my refund. Item is defective!

Did not work. Had to return them as the right ear pod did not work. I tried to trouble shoot and fully charge for 2 days. The right ear pod would never charge. I don’t believe they were tested by Best Buy or the Geek Squad before putting them up for sale. Learned my lesson… purchase new.

One of the earpieces would not charge.left to charge for three 3day . No charge

The sound started cutting out after two months. Couldn’t return them. Never buy used. Refurbished is still junk.

Aweful. By far the worst sounding headphones I’ve ever purchased, no bass, too much treble, no mids.

Bought these instead of AirPods due to them constantly slipping out of my ears. These have good bass, good sound, and I can’t even feel them in my ears. Great earbuds for working out too

Lasted less than 6 weeks. And Best Buy says I can’t return them. Buy other and elsewhere!!!!!

Left ear bud quit working and now i can not return or exchange them.
