The sound quality is very poor and they are very uncomfortable to use for long periods of time. They are not worth the high price tag.

One ear never charges correctly. Didnt catch the problem until it was to late to return.

Battery life, and sound quality is absolutely perfect. The earphones hold perfectly in place even during HIIT, and the sweat resistant makes it better than apple AirPods. The charging case is indeed a bit bulky, but doesn't marginalize the value of this earphones. yes, it is pricey, and could have been $50 less, but its beats! Update: After 10 days of usage, so far the product has lived upto the standards. Fit is snug. I've been running, and training in the 90 degree Fahrenheit sun in Louisiana, no smell and issues due to sweat whatsoever. The phone call quality is still impeccable and helps reduce sound. batter life went on for unto 7 days with 90 minutes of usage everyday.

If you misplace these headphones or someone takes them Apple is unable to track them through the find my app. The beats website clearly states that if you have the serial number you can call Apple support and track your beats. This is false information as they cannot track a refurbished item. Spend the extra money for an original new beats product.

Uncomfortable, can’t understand why people love these things. Sound is great though.

Perfect brand new condition overall sound quality and battery life is amazing and protective charging case is great

Purchased during a flash sale. Took about a week to arrive. The unit was completely drained which I understand as they mailed it. Charged it. Case and left bud said 100% but right one was at 0. Thought I didn't connect that bud correctly but nothing. Tried charging on my wife’s case but nothing. First time purchasing something open box that didnt work from BB. Hope this is not a trend.

Case it too big, and no ANC. Two main features which make me feel the price tag shouldn’t be $250

Refurbed headphones that has terrible battery life. One head phone dies way faster and they die when not in use. I wouldn’t pay $20 for these. I thought there was longer than a 10 day exchange policy, especially when they were purchased 20 days ago. I only want an exchange. So maybe my experience would be different if purchased outside of Best Buy.

Overpriced considering the feature set. Wasn't impressed, so I returned them.

Have to keep register to phone now can’t hear anything on the right ear and hangs up phone calls by itself

I've had nothing but problems with this product. First of all they are a huge pain to put on, then you have to deal with syncing issues and disconnects. I am so frustrated with these I could just scream. They lasted almost a year and now they cut out during music. Complete trash, avoid at all costs.

The feel around my ear with glasses felt heavy and uncomfortable

I ordered these and unfortunately for me , The charger wire don’t fit in any of the blocks I own. And the charger wire wasn’t wrapped in a plastic bag nor did it have the wire that’s used when it’s packed . It looks like someone took the ORIGINAL wire and put a used one in the packaging . SMFH

I absolutely hated these. They made my ears so sore from wearing after 15 minutes. The quality for sound isn’t that great if you work around a lot of noise...I work in a medical manufacturing plant. I don’t know how the price is so high for these when I can’t justify it. I took them back within a week of purchasing.

I thought I was buying a product that worked. I didn’t use them enough in the first two weeks so I didn’t realize they don’t work. I’m not able to return them. The right one Doesn’t hold a charge for very long. Not really a deal if the product doesn’t work! I wouldn’t recommend refurbished to anyone.

Works great and great sound. Gave them 4 stars only because son said after prolonged use they start to rub the outer ear and were slightly uncomfortable. Other than that these were a great purchase for the price and would buy again

I liked them very much...when both earphones worked. For the price, I think it is reasonable to expect the set to work longer. I’ve used them less than half a dozen times. I’m a 49 year old type A personality so I’ve not misused or abused the earphones in any way. My set is refurbished, but even so... hugely disappointed

To start with, The charging case is huge. It took a while for me to connect them and I could never get them to fit into my ears properly. And they would not stay connect. I'm not sure if this is due to them being refurbished or the fact that I have an Android instead of an iPhone.
