These refurbished ones worked good for like 3 days and then they started completely messing up, just save yourself the time and buy the full price ones, maybe wait for a sell on the brand new ones rather than wasting time on these.

These worked for about 6 months, then they couldn't hold a charge. Never could fix them, I tried updating them, updating the app, resetting them and I followed all the advise I found online. Noone repairs them either, so they are totally useless now.

Stopped working after one month and a half. Of course, now I’m out of the return period. Never buying from Best Buy again. One headphone will fully charge and the right one will now. This is ridiculous.don’t buy from Best Buy.

I would love a refund. Stop working when they want to.

Got these refurbished at first. Thankfully I opened before I left the store. They were not even cleaned. Covered in some sort of crust/ear wax and the case looked like it had been thrown out of a moving car. Returned for a new pair.

Not worth it looked very old, color was faded, had black old dirts on the volume key and wasn't packed properly. I do not recommend this specific product to anyone. I return this item on the same day i received. I did not even bother to try it.

the ear buds did not work correctly from the start tried to send them back or talk to someone on that return let. stay on there waiting forever and then when someonecomes on you get disconnected. i call myself tried to get a good deal $188.00 gone down the drain.

They continue to die out, one headphone at a time... even though I keep them in the charger! A lot of times, only one headphone works. I have to put them both back in charger and take them out again so they both will work together.

I purchase this item On November 27, 2020 It was a gif and I still do not have the merchandise. The shipping is terrible. I will never order from them again.

they won't connect by bluetooth. They were open box so price was too good to pass but now I wish I had. Next time I will check an open box at the store and make sure they work.

A headphone went out after a month . This is sad if your offering a item and it’s not properly functioning then don’t sell it. I’m so disappointed and definitely won’t be buy anything from here again.

I wear these while I play basketball and they stay on the ear very well. The volume is great. I even wore them while I mowed my lawn and I could hear my music. Was a bit nervous about refurbishment but they are good as new. For sure recommend.

Bought to have as an extra pair but found these were a waste of money. They take a long time to charge and they turn themselves on/off while in the middle of phone calls and music.

Overall good product. Only reasoning for not five stars is just a preference of mine. While at the gym or at work I tend to pull one ear bud out of my ear and let it rest around my ear but not actually remove it from my ear just because I like to hear what's around me at times but when doing that the default setting is to pause the sound because it thinks you are removing an ear bud from your ear. Not sure if there is a way to change that, probably not. Drives me crazy and have to press play again every time but overall good product and no complaints besides that.

The sound was ok, no better than wireless earbuds for half the price. Also, the left earbud stopped taking charge after a few weeks. Going to bring it back for a replacement.

Don’t buy this refurbished product because they will stop working and is money wasted for nothing! Better to buy them new and have them forever then pay 20% less and only use them for a month!

It didn't function well, the audio is bad. I had problem with earbud, sometimes with right, sometime with left

5 months in and the earbuds are already having problems. Spend the extra $$ and buy the non-Geek Squad products.

Love them. Snug fit, great sound, good battery. Can get uncomfortable after wearing for an extended time.

Expected better sound quality, but still they fit well and the with a fully charged (emphasis on this) case they last super long, longer than my previous Powerbeats 3. Also comes with different sized earbuds, so definitely experiment and see how each sounds/fits.
