Buy new. Mine regularly don’t charge properly.

The product is decent: I use these at the gym, running, etc. They fit well and the sound is decent. My biggest issue is with the charging feature. I suspect the refurbished pair were originally returned for a failure to connect when put into the charging case; they are extremely finicky and I regularly encounter a dead battery in one of the earpieces right when I need them/take them out of the charging case. Even if I manage to confirm the light sequence that occurs when you place them into the charger correctly, I find they still manage a way to disengage. It is very frustrating and inconvenient. hope most of the new pairs do not have this issue.

Im not sure how these get such good reviews

They wont connect well unless case is open, the right ear sometimes fails altogether so I have to reset them, theres no battery life indicator on the case so you think they are charging but the case is dead, the rubber pieces keep falling off and the charging port only uses apple chargers. I cant wait to get rid of them!! Gave 2 stars because the sound is decent when they do connect, but ads about 15 minutes to your workout to get them working.
