No custom settings. The basic sound they put out is pretty good which is why this isn't a 1/5 star review. Also they were defective and will not update firmware. If not for silencing the alerts hourly that they needed to be updated(I tried literally 8 times.) I would have tossed these things in the trash. Best Buy is literally selling defective products on purpose. Redeeming qualities: -stays in your ear easily with lobe clips -factory tuning sounds pretty decent.

DO NOT BUY

I was disgusted to open my package and see that there was EARWAX on the earbuds of the headphones. Clearly they have not been geek squad certified. After Cleaning them off and plugging them in, I then found that they don’t even work. I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy’s services and quite frankly disgusted that I just received a random person’s earwax in the mail. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE. I am now spending so much time, trying to hear back from Best Buy on how they are going to fix this issue!! Talk about not following safety guidelines, this company just sent me another human’s bodily fluid in the mail!!!
