Terrible. The mic was dysfunctional but was not noticed until a few days after the 14 day return period. (I do not use these on the phone much) BB would not stand behind their "refurbishment" Wasted $140

Only one earbud had sound. Poor connecting to device.

Those earphones which I buy doesn’t work properly to hear them the volume was to low poor Quality

I bought these refurbished thinking I was gonna save some money and they ended up not working like 4-5 days after I bought them. I had to return them and buy the real pair. these are like fake knock offs, the dude at the register even said they were different model numbers when he made the exchange.

I bought them in December 2023 and they malfunctioned in April and I could not return them. Do not waste your money on the refurbed beats.

When I received the headphones they had no charger in the box, and no ear buds. I’ll have to return them since they are completely useless if they don’t have any charger. The box was damaged and the product had nothing that was advertised online.

I hade to clean them! They were dirty and had ear wax in the ear pods. The left pod was charged fully but drained after 30 mins. I wouldn’t not buy them again. I returned them for a full refund.

Wow.... Did not expect that. I thought I was buying myself an upgrade from my JBL earbuds. Not so much..... Sound quality is horrible with these..... weak and tinny

Absolute junk failed 1 day after able to return to store . Will not charge or connect . Was able to return till 16th and on the 17th they failed .

was missing items in the box they came use didnt want too try them

Something feels really off about them, as if they feel like knock offs...

Would not hold a charge died within 45 mins to hour.

The case only charged one headphone at a time for some reason my left earpiece was not charged. It happen multiple times but unfortunately I did not return them with in the return policy. Now I'm stuck with these that I dont trust.

Literally can’t go past the 3 point line before the headphones start disconnecting! Worst purchase I ever made!

Got the refurbished because I thought best buy would be a good deal. These are not refurbished!! They came dirty. After cleaning them myself i discovered that the left earphone is completely shot. Its unfortunate and i will be returning these tomorrow and buying new ones. I shouldve known it was too good to be true.

Sound quality is awful, unless you miss the old headphone sound from vintage cassette/CD players.. comfort was also bad, my ears were sore within 30mins. Also, the sound stopped working after the 4th use in the L piece. Tried everything that was suggested online.. returned.

I bought these for total of $150+ dollars 5 months ago and the left bud is no longer working. Not sure if it's Beats or just Best Buy. Sure these are cheaper because they are refurbished, but hey, there goes 150 dollars!

super excited they came in really fast, just were missing the ear tips so I am still unable to use them. I am having to order new ear tips on top of buying the beats headphones which was a bit confusing.
