I have had for a couple of weeks. No issues. Initially, I had the volume too loud and callers said I sound muffled.

Use with one ear or both ears they stay in place while I'm working I can only wear one at a time at work; a safety issue they say. and that is why I looked for this type. My only complaints are: That after 8-9 hours of listening there is no warning of a "low battery"! They just pause your book and shut off. Not good when driving [IE. think GPS instructions in a unknown city with busy traffic] or working in a clean area all gowned up. The other is that you have to have the case available and open to connect them to your devise. So when switching from the left to right or you leave the area without your device, you get to start over. I was aware of the connection procedure, this is inconvenient, BUT not the "no" 'low battery' warning. This is unforgivable. Two nice things are separate controls for volume and pause/skip/answer/end call etc.. These are easily to find and use.

I normally don’t wear earbuds. As they never fit my ears well enough. With working outside and constantly moving, my traditional headphones weren’t ideal. I slip the Powerbeats Pros on and have confidence they won’t move. A little pricey. However, I can overlook that for being able to listen to my music and podcasts while I work. The charging case is nice. It’s always in my backpack ready to go

Great headphones for working out or running. Their light but also pretty sturdy. They don’t get uncomfortable even if you wear them with glasses like the old ones

I was skeptical to buy them refurbished but they ultimately lasted two-ish years before I had any problems with them (left side stopped working). Headphones themselves are great and don't have to worry about them falling out your ear but are still wireless you know. Also should note that the case is kinda big but hey.

Good for refurbs, sound quality and connectivity along with battery life is good.

Bought these with an open-box sale and couldn't be more pleased with these. Great volume with a great fit to my ear. It does come with some adjustment pieces just in case your ear is on the smaller or larger side. The best thing I love about these is they don't feel like they're going to fall out even while doing jumping jacks or a complete front/back flip!!! They feel secure and ready to go. The only disadvantage is if you keep them on for too long they start to feel heavy and uncomfortable, but honestly that applies to all in-ear headsets.

It's been a month, and so far I am very happy with my refurbished earbuds. They have worked like new; I would never have known they were used except for the lack of original packaging. Save yourself the extra $70+ bucks! Sound quality is good when linked to a phone. I do wish the bass was a bit deeper, or that there was an option to mess with settings, but there is not. Sound quality when linked to a laptop is not great. They suddenly sound like very cheap headphones, but they get the job done. I have not used them to make phone/zoom calls. LOVE that you can only use one earbud if you like, and it doesnt matter which side. Also love the push buttons on the outside for pausing and volume control. Lastly, and a bit specific, I have a tragus piercing (with a flat backing) and have had no issues with comfortability.

Great purchase, sound is very nice, button layout is very good. No issues with falling out or coming off my ear while running or doing high intensity workouts.
