Got these because i did not want to pay full price and to my surprise they worked just as good as brand new. Only issue i did have was first time connecting to phone. I had to use my boyfriends case in order to connect mine. If I did not have his case I would of had to return. now that they are pair they work perfectly fine.

Overall the Powerbeats Pro are decent headphones. Pros: I like that they are totally wireless. They can be used independently which is great for my work where I wear only one just about all the time. I like that they link up when you put them in your ears and disconnect when you take them out. Battery life is good. I like putting them in their case and having full battery when I need it. Cons: they are not all that loud. Could use more volume definitely. They have weird times when whatever your listening to skips around a lot. The outside of the case is awful. Super slick and not easy to open. I've dropped it more than I should because its so slick and it marks easily. Cant wait for the Powerbeat Pro 2's.

I have purchased 3 pair of these and absolutely love them. Great sound and clarity! The refurbished price is awesome!

Perfect set of earbuds, dont have to worry about them falling out of your ear&possibly getting damaged especially if you like to workout. Great for practicing any sports drills,including bike riding i absolutely love my BEATS perfectly perfect for my ears&yours too.

So pleased with these Powerbeats Pro. The sound is terrific and the true wireless is great for functionality.

Great purchase. Refurbs were clean and just like new. Nice sound and very comfortable in my ears.

Amazing aound and fit/seal. Only draw back is if u dont like the the thungs that hook around ur ears

For the price given to purchase it from you was good for a refurbished item. However, no direction was given for the item and I had to look for it online. Yes I will recommend

I had them for almost a month and I love them. Very comfortable in the ear and has a great hold for workouts (from sweat).

I have had for a couple of weeks. No issues. Initially, I had the volume too loud and callers said I sound muffled.

I love these, the sound and quality is great as is to be expected from Beats. Comfortable and the best part was the price.

Very excellent earbuds i have used these for awhile now and i have to say. These earbuds are very high quality i haven't had a issue with them since i bought them very much recommended if you are avid about earbuds and music in general!

great sound and battery life better than I expected easy to connect to phone.

When I received these earphones you can clearly tell that they had been used by someone prior. It came in missing a few things, eartips, stickers, warranty claim, manual book, etc. Which to me was no big deal. The earphones sounded great with plenty of bass & are very lightweight. As much as I wanted to keep them, I returned them because the left earphone’s pause/play button would continuously get stuck. Figured I’d bring it in to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they would fix it since it’s still under the 3 month manufacture warranty for a refurbished item. The Geek Squad associate tells me, yea not a problem we can ship it out for you get it fixed & have it back in about 2 weeks but it will cost you $84.95 to ship the item out since you don’t have Apple care. Never in the ad listing was this scenario ever mentioned & I told him are we shipping a car across the country? Long story short I left the earphones right there and got my refund. Best Buy needs to clarify this type of “shipping fee” in their listing before customers make a purchase.

These aren’t notice canceling headphones. However, the do provide a crystal clear sound and good quality base.

I love these ear buds. They fit great and the sound is supper.
