The budS themselves were in like new condition. It came with all Eartips and paperwork. I got these for $129 so keep an eye out for deals or you could always post-purchase price match even if you get em at a higher price and they lower in the future within your return period.

The refurbished headset is like new. If anyone is planning to use the headset for sports one will be happy with the purchase. This headset will light and helps to reduce the occlusion effect.

It could be that I don't place it in properly. It magnetically snaps in place when you insert them...I guess they just need an extra little nudge to make sure they are seated properly to charge.

Thumbs up my concern was these were an open box item, and nobody could tell me what the warranty was that was not good.
