Purchased these refurbished pair as a replacement and she is satisfied. She sometimes have minor connection issues that are easily resolved by switching the Bluetooth on/off on her iPhone.

It gave me earache

My right ear kept swollen up and it gave me earache in both ears. There was all of a sudden a hard sound coming out for a a few seconds. I took them back to the store and bought me a different brand.

Missing set of eartips

This was unfortunate for me as the larger tips hurt my ears. Otherwise, I really like the headphones. I love how you can use one or both earphones at a time. Battery life is pretty good.
