Very Muffled

Comfort level was good, but unfortunately when on a call I have been told its extremely muffled and, on my end, it is very hard hearing even with both buds in, also the noise cancelation did not work. I am not sure if it the quality of the earbuds or because they are refurbished.

Note I originally received a package missing the instruction booklet and charger cable, but this was remedied on a subsequent purchase and return of the original set. Headphones work great and sound quality is good for in ear headphones.

The only thing you should consider prior to purchase is the charge case is large and not something you will be able to carry in your pocket, its more for like a gym bag or to leave in your car during workouts.

Only issue I have had it the ear bud is not completely in the correct spot in the case it will not charge but hasn’t been much of a problem for me!
