Love these headphones!!!! Great condition! Also have positive experiences!

Really good to use and always stay in my ear without any disturbance. Sound quality is awesome and ease of use. Only flaw is need to carry case for charging. So my rating is 4 star.

Bought this pair of Refurbished Powerbeats Pro. Thought I might end up returning them because they were refurbished instead I kept them. Could not tell they were refurbished. It came in it’s original box with everything complete and looking new or has not been touched. Also bought them on sale so it was a great deal.

Look brand new! If connecting to an android laptop leave earplugs in case, lift lid, press little round button inside case (in middle front) till it flashes, go to Bluetooth in computer settings and connect. really nice earphones for less than brand new.

Total Tech Members beware: refurbished items have no coverage under your Total Tech plans. I purchased this item in July 2024 and recently one of the earbuds starting having random issues charging. I figured no big deal that is what we have the plan for in cases like this (something I have used on other headphones in the past without issue). However, my local store informed me they can find no coverage and that is due to the previously mentioned stipulation on Geek Squad refurbished items do not fall under the Total Tech plan. I spoke with the store manager who said that there was apparently a message present saying this (it is highly likely I made my purchase through the app and I do not remember seeing then). During our discussion, I made the comment that basically there is no point in buying a refurbished item as a Total Tech member and after thinking on it for a moment, his response was "yes I guess that is true." So if you are looking to roll the dice and save some money, go for it on these. However, if you are expecting any kind of coverage from Total Tech on a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished item... look at other options lest you be stuck with an unreliable item trying to save a little money.

When I started using them I was not happy with the sound, especially the bass. Then I changed the earpiece tips. I realized that was the issue and I am now quite pleased. There are three sizes of earpiece tips included so if you are not pleased with the sound try a different size to see if that is the problem.

Quite impressive. They actually stay in my ear without even resting on the earpiece that wraps around. They power on when I pick them up and put them in my ear. And they power off as soon as I remove them from my ear. They snap into the case with magnets to charge. Couldn’t be more happy.

These are everything I wanted and more. Packaging was great. They really seems like new. I’ve only had them for a few days. Everything works and they sound amazing. Don’t like the color too much. Lava Red is actually a bright orange. Hoping they will continue to work good for me.

Refurbished but just like new. Use the Beats for gym and for walks outside with my dog. Great sound quality.

I don't usually buy refurbished electronics, however for 119 it was just too hard to pass up. They sound great so far. My only concern is that the volume button sometimes does work. My guess is it looses connection with phone so it doesn't work. I thought it was just mine but seems like all powerbeats are like this.

I like the beats sound is great, don't like that you can't tell when the battery is going dead or when they need charging.

The quality of my refurbished Beats is Outstanding! Everything came included in the packaging as though they were brand new!

Misplaced my last pair of these. These reconditioned ear phones came up on the Deal of the Day about a third of the price for my originals. Love the Lava Red (Orange) color. Will be tough to mis place these. I use them when I ride my bike and work out. Battery life is amazing!

Great item! No issues with it being refurbished at all! Love that they wrap around my ears. Regular earbuds always fall out for me.

Great sound. Easy to put on and take off and easy to find and change the controls. Light weight and very comfortable and fashionable.
