I purchased refurbished Powerbeat Pros, and they work as if I bought them brand new. Nothing was missing in the box. I have small ears, and I like how they hook on to my ears and stay in place when I work out. The mic is not the greatest for phone calls, but I don't take phone calls when I am working out, so it was not a dealbreaker for me. I got them for half the price of new, so I definitely feel as if I got my money's worth. Since Apple purchased Beats By Dre, they probably work best with Apple products.

The product arrived well packaged with all parts, including the instructional manual and extra buds in different sizes. The reason I’m giving this item 4 stars is the poor bass sound quality of this item. When I purchased this item, I was fully aware that this was a refurbished item; however, there is no way for me know what exactly it was refurbished for. Before i started nursing school, I was an avid runner and used beats wireless for music, this is now my 5th pair of beats, so I’m fully aware the quality this product should deliver. Unfortunately, this was less than par.

My boyfriend broke his headphones and I was happy to be able to find these for his replacement bc he loves these headphones!

On time, works for me with the earhooks. I would recommend to anyone. Only issue is the huge charging case.

Very nice Powerbeats pro.. very useful for me and looks and feels brand new.. but I’m disappointed about you’re delivery time .. it came very late by 5 days. Been expecting it but it arrived after 5days from the date promised to me for delivery. I hope you improve on it. Tnx.

Beats always has great sound quality...these are comfortable, they stay in place, charge fast and I like the charging case. Would buy this product again!

My favorite Beats ever. Physical control buttons on BOTH earbuds are great to change volume and tracks with either hand. Over the ear design is all I use now.

Best wireless headphones I've ever used. Charging can be a little tricky (if they don't click in just right they don't charge properly), but in 5 minutes you can charge at least an hour's worth of music playing time from the phone. Highly recommend.

Amazing out of all ways. Ive been using Airpods pros for a while and the powerbeats pro help alot with my traveling.

Pro: This was an open box item and works great. It sounds very good. Con: Only downside to this is that it is hard to connect to devices sometimes via Bluetooth.

Brought for a Christmas present after my daughter didn’t like the AirPods because they didn’t stay in her ears so instead of buying the pros I brought these and she was more than happy about them wears them everyday all day so I guess I made the right choice

These were refurbished and saved more than $50. They looked perfectly new and work perfectly. Love them. Lightweight and great for walking/running outdoors as well as a handsfree way of answering calls while driving. Works with Siri while driving to voice text or make calls.

i wanted something that wouldn't get lost, and have long battery life, and this does it. i'm happy with them, but the only thing is the sound quality doesn't blow you away.

Its a good pair of headphones i got it pre owned 1+ later still good.

These wireless ear phones sound great stay on your ear well and have a decent charge time,I like to ear hook ,helps stay in your ear better

This is my 2nd pair because I liked the first so much. They have great sound quality and are easy to wear. No one usually notices I am on earbuds when we talk…to me that is the best compliment.

Im absolutely ecstatic with my earphones.. i love that you dont have to worry about them falling out your ear, they were super easy to pair, and they are like airpods in that they stop playing music when you pull them off your ear, and you can pause them with just a touch

Purchased these as a gift and a blue set for myself. Great sound, battery and fit. Recipient loved the color as well
