Careful with refurbished

I bought these for my wife and thought I'd save some money buying a refurbished pair. They ended up having connection issues. Luckily Best buy makes it easy to return. I'm sure that this doesn't always happen with refurbished items but just something to be aware of.

The refurbished were like new and had no problem. Used them most recently on an ultramarathon that was 8 hours long in the rain and they lasted the whole time
