I love them! This was a great purchase! I would definitely recommend them.

I got them refurbished last December and they arrived in excellent condition. During that time I've used these at work, on runs and during workouts and so far no problems at all.

I recently purchased the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Beats Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones. I absolutely love the over-ear comfort, I am disappointed with the battery life. Unfortunately, the battery started dying just over a year after purchase, which is quite frustrating. Overall, the look and feel are great, but the longevity of the battery leaves much to be desired.

This is my first pair of wireless earbuds and they did not disappoint. I was a little skeptical because they are refurbished. But for the price I payed it was a good deal.

Came in excellent condition with new charging cable and ear tips. Appears to be genuine. Connects to ios devices quickly. Sound quality is great, love the cable less design.

Love how it intensifies the music and cancels other noise.

Considering that these are 250 dollar earbuds, getting them for as cheap as possible is a must. Thankfully, Best Buy is SUPER picky with their returns and any wear or tear that they see will not be acceptable, and the "Geek Squad" certification gives more peace of mind. However, I did receive the wrong color as I ordered the black ones and got the ugly green ones. So if you're picky on color, beware that you might not get the color you ordered.

I could not justify spending $250 on headphones, beats or not. I have not had any issues with them being refurbished, just like any Bluetooth they will cut in and out at times, nothing more than that. I’ve read other reviews on refurbished beats and it seems to be hit or miss, but $110 and backed by geek squad protection it was worth a try and so far so good.

These are absolutely amazing!!! I love these better than any of the other ear buds. Sound quality is amazing. I love the fact when I pull it out of my ear it pauses my music automatically

I purchased these for my husband to use at the gym and he loves them. They came in their original packaging with all accessories. They pair easily to all devices and have excellent sound quality.

They look brand new. Work amazing received it pretty fast. All of my questions were asked and answered in a respectful fast matter

I love the sound quality. However the battery life is short

Easy set up and connectivity is very good. Once you open the case it connects once paired of course.

My experience has not lived up to the positive reviews. First off, the sound quality is shallow compared to my first generation AirPods. I can live with that, but the left one won't hold a charge more than 10 minutes. I've returned them to Apple and after a 3 week turn around their response was that both were tested and worked to their satisfaction, therefore nothing was fixed. At least the right one works.

These are probably the best ear buds I have come across, though they were refurbished by Geek Squad. Quality is still exceptional, just like New.

I was skeptical about ordering refurbished ear buds, but these have been working great over the last few weeks. Definitely worth the money over buying them brand new.
