I expected better. I bought these to replace my Powerbeats 3, which provided several years of trouble free operation. Witin a couple weeks of usage I started having trouble with the Powerbeats Pro. The ear pieces fail to sync intermittantly. Also with the slightest tap or movement from my ear, the earphones shutoff. I understand why they engineered the design to do this in case you purpose remove them from your head or they fall off, but they made teh feature way too over sensitive to the point that they turn at times while running or when I am simply trying to touch the volume control button . The slightest tap and they turn off. ...very frustrating.
