Good fit on the ears and awesome sound quality. Unfortunately with the refurbished piece one of the ear piece was stretched out more. But overall pretty good earphones

If you want be swole buy these headphones. They are better then airpod pod

Just purchase these headphones on Thursday. They came days earlier than expected. Excited when I open them up and paired them to my phone. 1st strike if product was tested and certified. Why wasn’t the last persons info deleted. 2 why wasn’t product charged atleast 50%. I proceeded to charge both headphones and case. Only the left ear and case charged and working. The right ear not charging at all. I unpaired and pair everything. Google different things for why that maybe happening. Clean then and repair still nothing. Now it’s time to take them down to my local Best Buy to exchange or just get a refund. I may just go ahead and buy them brand new.

These are the perfect style wireless buds if you are moving a lot. They don't fall out or move around.

Bought these refurbished to save on money. They work great! Cant tell they were previously owned.

Sound quality is great. Typical Beats sound with great lows, but not over emphasized. However, the right earbud continuously does not connect when removing them from the case. I always have to disconnect and re-connect them. I have done this countless times and the left earbud is the only one that will work consistently. Based on research, this is a widespread issue with the product.

I bought my refurbished but it came with everything. I had the charging case. All sets of ear buds. Charging cable was still wrapped like it had never been used. Very satisfied. I'm glad I saved some money by buying it used, can't tell the difference. The only downside is that the individual earphones don't power off when not in use. I'll come back from a jog and sit them down. They lose significant power when not on their case. Wish they'd just turn themselves off. There's been more than one time I'd forget the weren't in their case and start using my phone. I only remember to put them back once my phone starts rerouting the audio to them.
