    The headphones sound great, unfortunately the headphones do not always charge properly. The connectors from case to headphone do not alway conduct properly and I ensure they sit properly so it charges.

    I was hoping refurbished would be as good as beats are meant to be but they just aren’t. They’re fine but the volume isn’t very loud and the bass is subpar to the unadulterated ones.
