Best fitting war bids I’ve had - I have small ears and these fit perfectly. They don’t hurt my ears either after wearing for several hours working .

☆☆Highly recommend!!!!! I paid half the price for the refurbished beats after losing the 1st pair I had and i am glad i did bc i got a brand new pair !!!! I would say Best Buy refurbished is the way to go!!!

I really really wanted to keep these but my earbuds started to have connection issues. I’d be in the middle of a workout and my music would cut out. Not sure if this was just a bad pair or if everyone experiences this. Fit and comfort was great but had to return.

I was satisfied with the syncing but the volume te ds to be softer then the wired beats

I’d give this zero stars if I could. The only reason I bought refurbished is because of how great geek squad usually is with their items. When I saw it was geek squad certified refurbished, I thought wow this is great!! They were visually in good condition upon receiving. They were an anniversary present for my husband. When he opened them he was ecstatic, only to find out that the LEFT HEADPHONE WOULDNT PAIR!! I think it’s ironic how after seeing the issue, I clicked back into the reviews to the one star ratings and they ALL said the same thing. Issue with the left headphone. Prior to buying, all of the 5 star ratings were just so coincidentally visible for me, while the poor ratings had to be clicked into. Why keep selling them knowing people have the same exact issue. They’re either great, or the left headset is broken. Because of COVID, I had to return them via mail. Even though they were defective, I still had to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. The post office shows them being delivered to Best Buy this past Monday and I still have yet to get a refund to my card.

They work great! My daughter loves them! They come in the original box and have all the accessories.

Great sound can connect to any Bluetooth enabked device and had volume control. Great for active people. Stay put.

Beats are now bad quality, they are not made like before.

Purchased as a gift and didn’t realize product was refurbished at the time.. checked them out when I received and everything was there and even had unopened rubber earbuds to interchange. Overall no issues with headphones and were well received

I didn't know what to expect when I purchased a Refurbished item. So, far the Powerbeats have been great during my workouts.

Great sound and don’t have to worry about them falling out and possibly losing. Battery can last for weeks.

I love buying geek squad certified products when I can. I do so because it means they check the product over and make sure it’s working properly before they put it on the shelf. I had when you buy something and it doesn’t work the first time you use it.

The sound is amazing! Super easy to pair. Extremely comfortable even with a mask and glasses. Beautiful color too. Will definitely buy these again.
