When I bought it online, it was saying refurbished and geek squad certified.... But when I received it didn't work, couldn't even turn it on even bestbuy employees couldn't make it work....had to buy different one Samsung earbud which works great....

Great sound quality and fit! Just too bulky to be practical for me!

It's a good deal if you're looking for an affordable price on the Beats Pro. The reason that I’m giving 2 stars, at first, it was a good option, and I thought that quality wouldn’t be affected. It doesn’t have the same smoothness when pressing the bottom to answer or hanging up calls. I’m guessing it has to do with being a refurbished product, so even though it’s tested before selling, chances are it’s not as smooth as something that’s perfect out of the box. Then again, I got a good deal, so I wasn’t expecting perfection.

I had to buy these twice and both times they did not work.

I bought my wife these Beats for her birthday and she loved them, (I think a little too much). We went to my son's soccer practice a few weeks later and someone broke in the car and stole them. So now I have to get a replacement. Bummer!!!!!!!!!!!

I use these for exercise they never leave my ear and always provide consistent sound. The Beats pair with my Peloton equipment and keep me going.

Love them... My whole family owns a pair... I use them for work calls and they can hear me perfectly...

The ear hook is a life saver, just wish they came with ANC

At times the case charging doesn’t work but overall the battery life of the beats are great
