Well I haven't enjoyed my headset as yet because it was refurbished but the bass isn't loud in them. I have to return this weekend for another pair.

This is great earphoneade by beats well at least one of the earphones he made was for talking on your phone connection to Bluetooth to use for music.

Giving refurb a try. Works fine so far. I don’t expect any issues. Have had no problems with Best Buy. Seems like buying refurb is a good option.

These literally were going back in the box when the Apple support tech suggested a hardware reset (hold the charger box button for 15+ seconds until it changes color and flashes; note: couldn't find the box or one bud's serial number in Apple database, so almost couldn't get support at all). Decent sound, terrible isolation, decent connection. The charging case is nice. I'm not thrilled with IR pause feature, but it works for my GF, and they play nice in her Apple devices garden. If full price, I'd have been cranky, but acceptable discounted.

Still working using it to work coz it stays on ear thats the quality i wanted just use one ata a time at work

The sound quality is great but the ear supports will start digging into your ears, making this very painful!

The silicone part was missing, however the order arrived quickly.

I purchased these head phones for my wife. She first got the apple airpods but she said the battery life doesn't last her entire work shift. So she decided to try these. Thanks to best buy for the open box! I could afford them. Great Headphones !

Great earphones. I wish they were a little more comfortable for sleeping, but that's not what they were designed for.

Love these ear buds. Work great and sound great. Can do any activity with no discomfort. Refurbished pair came practically brand new.

I now have a false sense of security now, in refurbished items. The little ear pieces “cushions if you will” were packed separately. I need the smallest size. When I looked at the packaging. The small ones were FULL OF EAR WAX, from the prior owner!!! GROSS! You can’t even be bothered to check for clean ear pieces or to take the step to make sure they are clean!? How good was the check to sell these as refurbished? Highly questionable. I will not make this mistake again. I called and asked to be sent new ear pieces, but they aren’t able to do that? Why IDK!? Makes no sense! I needed to send everything back. But I was kind of in a dire situation & in need of this over the ear style. I decided to run them through the dishwasher, then swabbed them with alcohol. Just the squishy ear pads. AGAIN…. I will NOT make the mistake of purchasing refurbished items from Best Buy, again. I expected better. I would not recommend them, based solely on them being a refurbished item.

Mine were refurbished and the sound was low and I couldn’t turn the volume up, so I return it. I was disappointed also cause the sound wasn’t that great either.

These work well. It's light and have good volume. But these are not noice canceling. Which is good for what I use these for.

Sometimes doesn’t latch to the charging terminals and I get surprised when I use it with 16% left. Repeatedly have to pair as my exercise machines don’t recognize this off the bat

Love the beats!! Very comfortable on the ears and the sound is excellent.

left one stopped working after about 3 weeks. no recourse to send it back because it had been over 2 weeks. sound was fine before it stopped working but not really better than similar headphones a fraction of the price. will never get refurbished headphones from BestBuy again, and am totally done with Beats

Works perfectly! Holds a charge for what seems like forever. Charging case charges fast too! Great quality. Highly recommend!
