These were not reprogrammed when arrived. The previous owners info was still in the system. These arrived late so I paid full price for an non-refurbished pair and kept those.

I purchased these earbuds because the reviews said that the sound was great. Well, I talk on the phone while riding in the car with the windows down and sometimes it’s difficult to position the earbuds in my so that I can hear the other person. For the price, I expected the volume to be much louder on these earbuds. If there is an app that I can download for these earbuds, please tell me. By the way....I would have returned these earbuds, if I hadn’t missed the deadline.

Work great but can get uncomfortable after a while

This is the 4th pair of Bluetooth earbuds I have bought for my iPhone. None of the others would stay in my ears during exercise. These not only stay in my ears, but are comfortable and have good sound quality.

Issues with left earbud connection. Repeatedly tried to sync left earbud but would only do it 1 out of 10 tries. Frustrating. Picked up a new pair of AirPods and have operated perfectly for the last 3 months

The headphones were clean and came with an extra pair of new earplug covers.

Love the fit and snug fit around the ears. The earpiece won’t fall off, or need constant readjustment like the AirPod Pros

My husband absolutely loves these wireless headphones, I was worried that they wouldn’t stay in his ears but they fit perfectly and he loved to wear them while working in the yard or in the gym. We also love the color and the fact that they were on sale made the deal even sweeter.
