Product is nice. missing rubber earplugs that go on the tip to fit in ears. Missing charging cord. I cannot use them.

These are great and really enjoyed them. I like to lift weights, run, cycle and play basketball and these stayed put and performed great. One side stopped charging after 1 month, I am going the apple store and hope they can resolve this issue, however this issue has been all over the internet and I'm really surprised this is still an issue.

I love these headphones! I have really small ears so finding ones that don’t hurt is very hard for me. I can wear these all day and not have any issues!!! I’ve bought refurbished from Best Buy before and have never had any issues so these were a great deal!

I like the Beats but purchased them refurbished, I didn't know I couldn't purchase Apple Care for the refurbished item. Also, I have a hard time switching from one device to the next. I set it up on my husband's computer and he could not hear any of the meeting he was in, it even knocked out his computer speakers. He had to restart his computer in order to get the speakers to work again, however, he missed everything that was said at the Zoom meeting. They are not like mu AirPods where I can switch between the five devices I use, including my laptop, but they will do.

Being wireless, there are many places for failure. I don't know if the failures are due to iPhone or the headphones having some latent defect that doesn't manifest quickly, but my set are not reliable. I have to repair them to clear things around once per month. At first, I chalked it up to my new iPhone 11 pro, but now I'm not so sure. I guess I don't know, but that is what makes it so frustrating to only have a 90 day warranty. Too many variables are changing, and 90 days isn't sufficient time for these complicated headphones. So, buyer beware.

bought Powerbeats for my wife when she does her daily runs. She loves them. Quality of her music listening is excellent for her. Compare to other brands out there. She highly recommends it. having the color YELLOW was a huge plus!!

Didn’t even last 9 months. The left ear was not charging anymore. This is the second set I bought. I’m done with these.
